將(jiang)蛋黃,牛(niu)奶(nai)和白砂糖都倒入(ru)(ru)鍋中(zhong)(zhong),小(xiao)火(huo)(huo)加熱,用(yong)手(shou)動(dong)打蛋器(qi)(qi)不(bu)停(ting)的(de)(de)攪(jiao)拌(ban),稍微(wei)沸騰后迅速關火(huo)(huo)然(ran)后迅速將(jiang)淡奶(nai)油倒入(ru)(ru),并加入(ru)(ru)少許鹽,攪(jiao)拌(ban)均勻(yun),靜置(zhi)到冷(leng)卻(que)將(jiang)奶(nai)液倒入(ru)(ru)事(shi)先準備(bei)好的(de)(de)保鮮盒中(zhong)(zhong),放入(ru)(ru)冰箱冷(leng)凍,剛剛結冰凝(ning)固(gu)時(shi)取(qu)出,用(yong)電動(dong)打蛋器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)速攪(jiao)拌(ban)重新放入(ru)(ru)冰箱冷(leng)凍半小(xiao)時(shi)左右(you)取(qu)出繼續攪(jiao)打一次(ci),然(ran)后每半小(xiao)時(shi)攪(jiao)打一次(ci),并重復三次(ci)最(zui)后將(jiang)攪(jiao)拌(ban)好的(de)(de)冰淇淋(lin)再(zai)次(ci)放入(ru)(ru)冰箱徹(che)底凍即可~~
