如果一個(ge)企業里的員工表(biao)現(xian)得不夠忠誠(cheng),首先最應該反思的是老(lao)板(ban)。

很多老總經常抱怨員工對企業不(bu)忠誠(cheng),卻(que)很少去想員工為(wei)什么不(bu)忠誠(cheng),因(yin)為(wei)忠誠(cheng)從來都是(shi)雙方面(mian)的,體現的是(shi)老板與員工之(zhi)間的合作狀態。
