江中集團用制藥標準嚴卡食療產品

2013年自從江中集團推出養胃產品江中猴(hou)姑餅干(gan)后,得到(dao)消費者的一致認可(ke)。接(jie)下推出(chu)的江中猴(hou)姑飲(yin)料、江中藍枸飲(yin)料和江中杏(xing)百吉飲(yin)料3款(kuan)產品也得到(dao)了市場的好評(ping)。

近幾年來,江(jiang)(jiang)中集團積(ji)極落實國家創(chuang)新驅(qu)動發(fa)展戰略,結(jie)合(he)自己(ji)40多年來在(zai)中藥(yao)(yao)科(ke)研和(he)生(sheng)產領(ling)(ling)域積(ji)累(lei)的經(jing)驗(yan)和(he)品牌知(zhi)名度(du),瞄準食療(liao)(liao)領(ling)(ling)域進行產業延伸(shen),以(yi)此進一步發(fa)揚光(guang)大中醫藥(yao)(yao)藥(yao)(yao)食同源文化。江(jiang)(jiang)中集團為此專門(men)成立(li)了江(jiang)(jiang)中食療(liao)(liao)科(ke)技有限責任公司,著手食療(liao)(liao)產品的研發(fa)、銷售和(he)運(yun)營,并(bing)于2013年向市場推出(chu)了首個(ge)產品--江(jiang)(jiang)中猴姑餅(bing)干。

全球領(ling)先(xian)管(guan)理(li)咨詢(xun)公(gong)司貝恩公(gong)司與凱度消費者(zhe)指數(shu)在今年6月(yue)發布的《在“新常態”下(xia)贏得中國(guo)購物者(zhe)--2015年中國(guo)購物者(zhe)報告》中指出(chu),作為餅干(gan)類(lei)中的新品,江中猴(hou)姑餅干(gan)基于(yu)中國(guo)傳統食療理(li)念進(jin)行創(chuang)新,主打(da)健(jian)康和高(gao)端品牌形象(xiang),2014年,它(ta)從國(guo)際競爭對手手中贏得了近(jin)2%的市場份額(e)。

“2014年,江中(zhong)(zhong)猴(hou)姑餅(bing)干的銷售額達到了8億元。”鐘虹光自豪地說。他(ta)認為,江中(zhong)(zhong)猴(hou)姑餅(bing)干上(shang)市以(yi)來之所以(yi)表現搶(qiang)眼(yan),原(yuan)因有3:一是(shi)(shi)主打(da)健康牌;二是(shi)(shi)利用(yong)公司雄厚的研(yan)發實(shi)力,在產(chan)品(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)合理使用(yong)既是(shi)(shi)美味食材(cai)又是(shi)(shi)藥品(pin)原(yuan)料的猴(hou)頭菇,使之不僅好吃(chi),而且還充分發揮(hui)中(zhong)(zhong)國傳統食療(liao)調節和(he)養護身體的作用(yong);三是(shi)(shi)在選料上(shang)堅(jian)持用(yong)原(yuan)產(chan)地最好、最足量的食材(cai)進(jin)行生(sheng)產(chan),確保產(chan)品(pin)安全(quan)。

他還強調指出,公司(si)生產的(de)系列飲(yin)料產品,也是遵循這樣的(de)原材料采購和使(shi)用原則的(de)。“否則,我們的(de)產品在(zai)滿足(zu)消費者健康需(xu)求上就要大打(da)折扣。”鐘(zhong)虹光說。
