為切實做好中秋國慶“兩節(jie)”期(qi)(qi)間食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全(quan)監管工作(zuo),嚴(yan)防重大食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全(quan)事(shi)故(gu)發(fa)生,日前,省局下(xia)發(fa)通知,對(dui)全(quan)省各地加強“兩節(jie)”期(qi)(qi)間食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全(quan)監管工作(zuo)進(jin)行全(quan)面部署。
一是加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)組織領(ling)導(dao),落實監(jian)管(guan)責任。要求(qiu)各級(ji)食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)監(jian)管(guan)部門(men)進(jin)一步強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)政治(zhi)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)(shi)、責任意(yi)(yi)識(shi)(shi)和(he)大(da)局意(yi)(yi)識(shi)(shi),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)組織領(ling)導(dao)、細化(hua)(hua)(hua)工作(zuo)方案,及早安(an)(an)排部署、盡(jin)快組織實施。二是突(tu)(tu)出檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點,加(jia)(jia)大(da)打(da)擊力(li)度。強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)對重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點品(pin)種、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點區域、重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點場所的監(jian)督檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)。認真(zhen)開(kai)展月餅市場監(jian)督檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)工作(zuo),加(jia)(jia)大(da)旅游景區等節假日熱(re)點地區及廈門(men)“9.8”投洽(qia)會(hui)接待酒店餐(can)(can)飲服務食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)監(jian)督檢(jian)查(cha)(cha),加(jia)(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)違法(fa)食(shi)品(pin)生(sheng)產經營(ying)打(da)擊力(li)度。三是加(jia)(jia)大(da)宣傳力(li)度,營(ying)造良(liang)好(hao)氛圍。開(kai)展食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)法(fa)律法(fa)規和(he)科普知識(shi)(shi)宣傳教育,強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)食(shi)品(pin)生(sheng)產、經營(ying)及餐(can)(can)飲服務單位(wei)食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)、誠(cheng)信經營(ying)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)(shi),增強(qiang)(qiang)消費者(zhe)食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)意(yi)(yi)識(shi)(shi)和(he)自我保護能(neng)力(li)。四是強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)值班和(he)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)大(da)事(shi)項值守報告制度。嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)24小時(shi)值班制度和(he)領(ling)導(dao)帶班制度,建立健全(quan)(quan)應對食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)突(tu)(tu)發事(shi)件(jian)的機制和(he)制度,及時(shi)果(guo)斷妥善處置食(shi)品(pin)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)突(tu)(tu)發事(shi)件(jian)。
