2018年4月8日,中食集團召(zhao)開了(le)重(zhong)點(dian)風險排查專項(xiang)工(gong)作會(hui)議,部署集(ji)團風險排查專項(xiang)工(gong)作。會(hui)議由(you)集(ji)團副總(zong)會(hui)計師聶秋(qiu)英主持,集(ji)團領(ling)導班(ban)子成員、各部室及子公(gong)司負責人參加。
會(hui)上,風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)管理部王(wang)穎主任通報了(le)(le)此(ci)次重(zhong)點風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)排查專(zhuan)項工作(zuo)的總(zong)體情(qing)況。副總(zong)會(hui)計師聶秋英提出了(le)(le)公(gong)司在貿易業(ye)(ye)務(wu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)、投資業(ye)(ye)務(wu)風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)、債務(wu)管控風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)和企(qi)業(ye)(ye)管理風(feng)(feng)(feng)險(xian)(xian)等方面的排查要求。
最后(hou),蔡永(yong)峰總經理要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)各(ge)部(bu)(bu)室(shi)及子公(gong)司(si)要(yao)(yao)(yao)充(chong)分認清做(zuo)好(hao)重點風險排(pai)查(cha)專項工(gong)作的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)意義,要(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)排(pai)查(cha)工(gong)作抓緊、抓細、抓到位,有效(xiao)降低經營風險。嚴格按照保利和(he)中輕集團公(gong)司(si)文(wen)件要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),明(ming)晰工(gong)作思路(lu),切(qie)實(shi)做(zuo)好(hao)風險排(pai)查(cha)和(he)防(fang)控工(gong)作的(de)落實(shi)。各(ge)部(bu)(bu)室(shi)及子公(gong)司(si)要(yao)(yao)(yao)加強情況交流和(he)信息溝通(tong),形(xing)成整體合力(li),推進風險防(fang)控工(gong)作長效(xiao)管理,形(xing)成全(quan)面覆蓋、科學管用的(de)防(fang)控機制。
