2014年中秋(qiu)節(jie)和(he)國(guo)慶節(jie)即將來臨,葫蘆島市(shi)食(shi)品藥品監(jian)督管理局在學校(xiao)開(kai)學期間,為(wei)切實做好葫蘆島市(shi)"兩節(jie)"期間餐飲服(fu)務食(shi)品安全監(jian)管工作(zuo),保障節(jie)日期間餐飲服(fu)務食(shi)品安全,嚴防重大(da)食(shi)品安全事故發生,結合學校(xiao)食(shi)堂(tang)秋(qiu)季餐飲安全大(da)檢查要求,對學校(xiao)食(shi)堂(tang)和(he)周邊(bian)等(deng)重點餐飲服(fu)務企業進(jin)行了大(da)檢查。
一(yi)是(shi)提(ti)高思想認識(shi),周(zhou)密安排部署。市食(shi)(shi)品(pin)藥品(pin)監(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)局切實貫徹關于深入開(kai)展黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)群眾(zhong)路線教(jiao)育實踐活動(dong)要求,堅持以人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本,執(zhi)法為(wei)民,提(ti)高對(dui)"兩節"餐飲服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全(quan)監(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)工作(zuo)重(zhong)要性的(de)(de)(de)認識(shi),進一(yi)步增強(qiang)大(da)局意識(shi)、責(ze)任意識(shi)和法制意識(shi),將(jiang)"兩節"期間餐飲服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全(quan)監(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)作(zuo)為(wei)當前工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)點,提(ti)早安排部署,落實監(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)責(ze)任,加(jia)強(qiang)組織(zhi)實施(shi),加(jia)強(qiang)"兩節"餐飲服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)食(shi)(shi)品(pin)安全(quan)監(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)工作(zuo),確保廣大(da)人(ren)(ren)民群眾(zhong)度過一(yi)個歡樂祥和的(de)(de)(de)中秋(qiu)、國慶佳節。
二是突(tu)出工(gong)作重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian),開展專項(xiang)檢查(cha)。針對(dui)"兩(liang)節"食(shi)(shi)(shi)品消(xiao)費的(de)特點(dian)(dian)(dian),市(shi)食(shi)(shi)(shi)藥(yao)監(jian)局加(jia)大"兩(liang)節"期間餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)服務(wu)食(shi)(shi)(shi)品安(an)全(quan)(quan)執法檢查(cha)工(gong)作力度,認(ren)真(zhen)開展餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)服務(wu)食(shi)(shi)(shi)品安(an)全(quan)(quan)監(jian)督(du)檢查(cha)。以餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)集中(zhong)區(qu)(qu)、旅游景區(qu)(qu)及周(zhou)邊、高速公路服務(wu)區(qu)(qu)等為(wei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu)(qu)域,以學校、單位食(shi)(shi)(shi)堂等集中(zhong)用(yong)餐(can)(can)(can)單位為(wei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)場所,以原(yuan)材料采購和貯存、涼菜加(jia)工(gong)制作、食(shi)(shi)(shi)品添(tian)加(jia)劑(ji)使用(yong)、餐(can)(can)(can)用(yong)具清洗消(xiao)毒、食(shi)(shi)(shi)品及工(gong)用(yong)具生熟分開、備餐(can)(can)(can)及食(shi)(shi)(shi)品配(pei)送等為(wei)重(zhong)點(dian)(dian)(dian)環節,加(jia)強農村自辦家(jia)宴的(de)行(xing)政指導和備案(an)管理等工(gong)作,強化餐(can)(can)(can)飲(yin)服務(wu)食(shi)(shi)(shi)品安(an)全(quan)(quan)風險排查(cha)。
三是加強組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)領導,狠抓檢(jian)查(cha)落實。加強組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)領導,采取切實有效措施,把餐(can)飲服務食(shi)品安全(quan)屬(shu)地監管責(ze)任制落到實處;加強與(yu)多單位協作(zuo),形成監管合力;及時(shi)受理和依法(fa)處理消(xiao)費者有關食(shi)品安全(quan)方面的申訴舉報;嚴格值(zhi)(zhi)班紀(ji)律,健全(quan)值(zhi)(zhi)班制度,堅(jian)持(chi)領導在崗(gang)帶班,確保值(zhi)(zhi)班人員24小時(shi)堅(jian)守(shou)崗(gang)位,保持(chi)通訊聯絡(luo)暢通,及時(shi)果斷妥善處置食(shi)品安全(quan)突發(fa)問題。
