中壩醬油(you):助力(li)全國廚師“華(hua)山(shan)論(lun)劍”大比武
全國廚(chu)師華(hua)山論(lun)劍大比(bi)武(wu),作為中國烹飪(ren)協會(hui)2016 年度(du)的全國最大規模的賽事活動,全國六場分(fen)賽區(qu)(qu)比(bi)賽,覆蓋全國各(ge)個省、自治區(qu)(qu)、直轄市,總決賽將于10 月份第 26 屆中國廚(chu)師節期間在華(hua)山之(zhi)巔舉行。通過比(bi)賽打造廣大廚(chu)師學(xue)習、交流、提高的平臺,挖掘優(you)秀的傳統美(mei)食,促進(jin)中華(hua)飲食文(wen)化的傳承和發展。
中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)壩醬油(you)—中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國川菜(cai)(cai)(cai)醬油(you),位(wei)列(lie)“川菜(cai)(cai)(cai)八珍(zhen)”調料之首,被(bei)已故中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國烹飪大(da)師、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國川菜(cai)(cai)(cai)泰斗—史(shi)正良先(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)譽為(wei)“中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)壩醬油(you),川菜(cai)(cai)(cai)味(wei)魂”,公司(si)特聘川菜(cai)(cai)(cai)廚王、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國烹飪大(da)師—蘭明路先(xian)生(sheng)(sheng),為(wei)產品(pin)技術顧問和形象代言人(ren)。在本屆廚師比(bi)武大(da)賽(sai)上(shang),參賽(sai)選手全部比(bi)賽(sai)用(yong)(yong)醬油(you)、食(shi)醋、料酒、泡菜(cai)(cai)(cai)等(deng)(deng)均(jun)由中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)壩醬油(you)提供,大(da)廚們用(yong)(yong)地道的(de)川菜(cai)(cai)(cai)調味(wei)品(pin)作(zuo)出的(de)精致菜(cai)(cai)(cai)品(pin),色、香、味(wei)、型等(deng)(deng)得到參賽(sai)評(ping)委、廚藝(yi)大(da)師、業(ye)內(nei)觀摩人(ren)士及美食(shi)愛好者(zhe)充分的(de)肯定和贊美!
