為切實做好今(jin)年(nian)中(zhong)高考(kao)(kao)期(qi)間餐飲食(shi)品安全(quan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),保(bao)障廣大(da)考(kao)(kao)生(sheng)的身體健康和中(zhong)高考(kao)(kao)的順利(li)進行,元(yuan)寶區(qu)開展(zhan)高考(kao)(kao)期(qi)間食(shi)品安全(quan)監管工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。檢(jian)查重點為:必須嚴(yan)格建(jian)立(li)(li)健全(quan)各(ge)種工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)記(ji)錄;嚴(yan)格如落實進貨(huo)查驗(yan)(yan)和索證(zheng)索票制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),對購進肉類及(ji)其制(zhi)(zhi)品,乳及(ji)乳制(zhi)(zhi)品,蔬(shu)菜,食(shi)品添加劑(ji)及(ji)米,面(mian),油等食(shi)品要建(jian)立(li)(li)并嚴(yan)格執(zhi)行進貨(huo)查驗(yan)(yan)和索證(zheng)索票制(zhi)(zhi)度(du),明確(que)專人驗(yan)(yan)收。
此次(ci)專項檢查共出(chu)動執法人員4人次(ci),檢查餐飲單(dan)位(wei)四戶,下發監(jian)督意見書4份。
