近(jin)期公(gong)司召開8月(yue)份黨政(zheng)聯席工(gong)作會議,冠生園總經理藍(lan)雪就重點工(gong)作發表講話,要求各(ge)品牌公(gong)司及相關職能部(bu)門以“齊戰120天,譜寫(xie)新篇章”主題實踐活動為(wei)契(qi)機,全(quan)力(li)做好各(ge)項旺(wang)季工(gong)作,全(quan)面(mian)完成年(nian)度目標任務。

冠生(sheng)園總(zong)經理(li)藍雪強調了六(liu)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)內容。一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)總(zong)經理(li)室提(ti)出“齊(qi)戰(zhan)120天,譜寫新(xin)篇章(zhang)”的(de)(de)號召,要(yao)求通(tong)過結合大(da)(da)討論大(da)(da)反思主題活動,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)將對(dui)標(biao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)細化和(he)(he)落(luo)地(di),不斷自(zi)我加壓,破(po)除企(qi)業(ye)瓶頸,為(wei)全面完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)今(jin)年經濟工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)(mu)標(biao)努力奮斗。二是(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)做好(hao)月(yue)(yue)餅生(sheng)產(chan)以(yi)及終(zhong)端(duan)、團(tuan)購(gou)(gou)和(he)(he)線(xian)上的(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)營銷(xiao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。特別(bie)是(shi)要(yao)做好(hao)月(yue)(yue)餅各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)內部(bu)協調工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),保證月(yue)(yue)餅根據市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang)開展生(sheng)產(chan)和(he)(he)銷(xiao)售;要(yao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)加大(da)(da)冠生(sheng)園月(yue)(yue)餅的(de)(de)宣傳和(he)(he)推廣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),加大(da)(da)對(dui)新(xin)口味、新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)和(he)(he)新(xin)渠道的(de)(de)宣傳力度(du);要(yao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)加強服務意識,全力滿足終(zhong)端(duan)、團(tuan)購(gou)(gou)、私(si)人定(ding)制和(he)(he)網購(gou)(gou)等(deng)各(ge)(ge)(ge)個渠道的(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)(ge)戶(hu)需求,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)提(ti)升品(pin)牌影響力。三是(shi)抓緊(jin)華(hua)佗在(zai)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的(de)(de)推進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)。目(mu)(mu)前(qian)華(hua)佗工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)處于施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)推進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)關鍵期(qi),華(hua)佗項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)組要(yao)團(tuan)結協同好(hao)項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)總(zong)包(bao)方(fang)(fang)(fang)和(he)(he)各(ge)(ge)(ge)分(fen)包(bao)方(fang)(fang)(fang),保證項(xiang)目(mu)(mu)土建按(an)期(qi)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng),并做好(hao)初(chu)步(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)設(she)備安裝(zhuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。四是(shi)全力做好(hao)大(da)(da)討論大(da)(da)反思第三階段(duan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。重(zhong)點(dian)做好(hao)開發(fa)淡季(ji)產(chan)品(pin)破(po)除淡季(ji)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)瓶頸以(yi)及突破(po)人才培養等(deng)重(zhong)點(dian)課(ke)題,形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)短中(zhong)長(chang)期(qi)的(de)(de)行動規劃,部(bu)分(fen)課(ke)題要(yao)在(zai)年內有落(luo)地(di)和(he)(he)突破(po)。五(wu)是(shi)做好(hao)旺季(ji)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)廣告(gao)(gao)投放等(deng)前(qian)期(qi)準(zhun)備,做好(hao)新(xin)品(pin)在(zai)重(zhong)點(dian)渠道的(de)(de)鋪市(shi)(shi)和(he)(he)推廣工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)完(wan)(wan)善大(da)(da)白兔六(liu)十周年紀念版糖果禮盒的(de)(de)設(she)計,做好(hao)閨蜜(mi)倒置瓶等(deng)新(xin)品(pin)的(de)(de)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)鋪貨,完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)新(xin)版蜂蜜(mi)廣告(gao)(gao)片的(de)(de)拍攝等(deng),為(wei)中(zhong)秋和(he)(he)國慶節慶禮品(pin)市(shi)(shi)場(chang)(chang)旺季(ji)爆發(fa)打下堅實基礎(chu)。六(liu)是(shi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)做好(hao)高(gao)溫防暑降(jiang)溫、防汛防臺(tai)和(he)(he)各(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)安全工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。要(yao)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)(bu)加強紅線(xian)意識和(he)(he)警示意識,特別(bie)要(yao)做好(hao)預案應(ying)對(dui)突發(fa)天氣狀(zhuang)況(kuang)(kuang),提(ti)高(gao)應(ying)急(ji)處置能力,同時做好(hao)各(ge)(ge)(ge)公司生(sheng)產(chan)旺季(ji)期(qi)間(jian)的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)、食品(pin)抽查及檢查工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。
